Membership is for one year from the joining date set at KYC approval. A coordinator post is unique: one State Coordinator per state, one District Coordinator per district, and one Block Coordinator per block. Until documents are approved, portal features other than KYC stay locked. Renewal, or an admin extension, is required after the expiry date. Suspended or closed accounts cannot operate.
